Passionate Sailors, Strong Women

We are the Sea Bags Women’s Sailing Team. A group of strong, determined, experienced, passionate, racing champions who take the thrills and incredible challenges of J24 sailboat racing to new heights. We are a close knit group of women ages 16 to 57 who trust and support one another always and especially when the going gets tough. We know the disappointment of not crossing the finish line first. We also know the extraordinary thrill of victory.

Our captain Erica received the 2018 J/24 World Championship Top Female Skipper Award. Our team won the prestigious Jaeger Women’s Trophy in 2017 for beating all of the other female teams in the J/24 World Championship in Ontario, Canada.

Every new racing season is a challenge to be better -to be the best racers we can possibly be.
